These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 98hi website and all services offered therein. 98hi is Bangladesh's dedicated cricket-specialist online betting and casino platform, proudly serving players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and beyond. 3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 98hi platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated funds.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 98hi will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep these details secure. • Use a strong, unique password combining letters, numbers, and special characters. Never share your password with any third party.
• Complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe specified by 98hi to unlock full withdrawal functionality.
• Keep your registered contact details — including mobile number and email address — accurate and current so that account communications reach you without delay.

98hi employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your account information. However, you acknowledge that no system is entirely infallible, and you use the platform at your own risk in this regard.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

98hi supports a range of local and international payment methods designed for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion, where applicable, is carried out at rates determined by 98hi at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

98hi offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and special seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the respective promotion page and must be read before claiming.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

98hi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.

6. Betting Rules

98hi provides a comprehensive sportsbook covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers test and ODI matches), football, kabaddi, and other major sports, alongside a full live casino and slots offering. The following core betting rules apply across all markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 98hi does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases of a clearly identified technical error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and are subject to change, particularly during high-demand events such as BPL finals or ICC tournament matches.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that market as published on the platform. In the absence of specific rules, the general policy is to void the relevant selections and return stakes.
• 98hi uses official data providers to settle all sporting outcomes. Any discrepancy between the official result and a third-party source will be resolved in favour of the official result.

Casino and slot games, including crash games, are governed by their respective game rules as provided by the game supplier. RTP and RNG certification details are available from the game supplier. 98hi does not manipulate or alter game outcomes in any way.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or allowing another person to use your account to place bets on your behalf.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 98hi staff or other players, whether in-platform chat, via email, or through any other communication channel.

98hi employs a dedicated risk and compliance team that monitors platform activity around the clock. Suspicious activity is flagged automatically and reviewed by qualified personnel. 98hi cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial regulators where legally required to do so.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

98hi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; or if 98hi determines that continuing to provide services to the player poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their preferred payment method, subject to successful identity verification. 10. Limitation of Liability

All content on the 98hi platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, text, graphics, images, audio clips, and video — is the exclusive property of 98hi or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the platform's content without the prior written consent of 98hi.

It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically.
